Message from the new Vice Chancellor

Within a short period of time I am beginning to understand more clearly what makes Metropolitan University so special and unique.  It is its vision of the Board of Governors under the leadership of its chairman Professor Dr. Toufique Rahman Chowdhury and the real will of the Academic Council, the academics, technicians, administrators, and others who support the university with superb zeal and commitment to transform this university into an enterprise.

 I see my major role as motivator to help and support the students within the campus and outside achieve their full potentials so that they become worthy citizens of this country Bangladesh.  We at this university are equally keen to generate new knowledge that helps this world we live in and enhances our understanding of this hard earned knowledge.  We have set a very high standard, huge challenge and clear vision for the posterity.
